Terms of service.
Thank you for considering my business. I look forward to seeing you! Please arrive on time. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be responsible for 50% of the service scheduled.
LATE FEE
Upon booking you are responsible for a $5.00 late fee if you are 10 minutes late.
Deposit fee
A &10.00 deposit will be collected upon BOOKING your appointment.This deposit will be deducted from the totaling amount.
***Deposits are non-refundable
I hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide me with 24-hour notice. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a fee. After multiple cancellations or ‘No Shows’ I will have to implement my cancellation fee, as follows;
– After 3 Cancellations, or ‘No Shows’ with in a 6 month time, the client will be required to make a deposit of 50% of the service total.
Guarantee Services:
I always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied I ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment so that I may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. Any issues reported within the time frame of longer than 7 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed, and handled accordingly, (a fee may apply)
